• Welcome

On this website you can find information related to projects studying the social, philosophical and historical dimensions of the marine sciences. This website developed out of my PhD project (for more on my research, see ‘About and Contact‘). Since then it has expanded to include events and projects developed in collaborations with others, as well as my subsequent postdoctoral work (more on these on the ‘Outputs‘ page).

See also the ‘Marine Science Studies’ Google Group – here you can find and share information related to the intersection of science studies and the marine sciences: https://groups.google.com/g/marinesciencestudies
